Expert Lecture on “Importance of Project Management” Successfully Organized at K.D.K. College of Engineering, Nagpur
The Department of Civil Engineering, K.D.K. College of Engineering, Nagpur, in association with the Indian Concrete Institute (ICI), Nagpur Centre, successfully organized an Expert Lecture on “Importance of Project Management” on 13 March 2026.
The expert session was delivered by Er. Rajesh Lambe, Director, NR Project Management Services LLP, who shared valuable insights into the principles and practices of project management in the construction industry. The lecture focused on the significance of effective planning, coordination, execution, monitoring, and control for the successful completion of construction projects.
The session proved to be highly informative and beneficial for the students, providing them with practical knowledge and a better understanding of project management techniques used in the industry. The interactive discussion enabled participants to gain valuable exposure to real-world challenges and best practices in construction project management.
