Two-Day Workshop on “AutoCAD for Civil Engineering Applications”
10th – 11th February 2026
The Department of Civil Engineering, Priyadarshini Bhagwati College of Engineeringin association with Indian Concrete Institute, Nagpur Centresuccessfully organized a two-day workshop on “AutoCAD for Civil Engineering Applications” on 10th–11th February 2026.
The workshop was conducted by Edvercity, Nagpur, along with two experienced trainers and ICI mentors, providing practical training to the participating students.
Dr. Ranjit N. Patil, Head of the Department, highlighted the importance of AutoCAD in civil engineering practice and encouraged students to develop strong drafting and design skills through such hands-on training sessions.
The workshop was coordinated by Prof. Ms. D. H. Chaudhari and Prof. Ms. M. H. Takarkhede, with valuable support from Prof. Ms. P. Mankar, Dr. N. B. Thikare, Dr. T. R. Patil, Dr. N. R. Gautam, and the non-teaching staff Mrs. Sonu Bante.
The program received enthusiastic participation from students and significantly enhanced their practical drafting and design skills using AutoCAD.
